Therefore, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order has been confirmed and production has started.

• You receive the wrong product
• There is a manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. After verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
